"We had a badly clogged drain that needed immediate attention and we were able to get service the very same day. Nate was our technician and he quickly took care of the problem in a very efficient and professional manner. He left us with a smooth running drain and a clean area, all at a very reasonable price. He's also very nice and polite. We'll definitely call Rooter Hero again when we have need of any sort of plumbing service, hopefully with this same technician."

He listened to the history of our kitchen draining issues and was able to apply that to this case. He provided recommendations for longer term care and quickly provided us the short-term fix we needed in less than 1hr. Overall I was very satisfied with the service."

"My kitchen sink backed up. I called Rooter Hero Plumbing and Joaquin arrived in less than an hour. The problem ended up being more severe than a simple clog. Joaquin kept me up to date on what was happening and provided several options at each step. He blew out the main line and rebuild the pipes under the sink. Joaquin's knowledge and professionalism were outstanding and the repairs did not break the bank. Thank you!"
